Your Role:
- Collaborating with Financial Planners to provide technical solutions and preparing high-quality written advice efficiently, while mitigating business risks.
- Proactively engaging with clients to gather information and address their factual or technical queries, enhancing client satisfaction.
- Understanding client financial planning needs and producing effective, compliant recommendations, ensuring ongoing strategy maintenance.
- Conducting technical research during arrangement reviews, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial products, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
