I am working with a leading national Wealth Management firm, looking for an IT Technician/IT Engineer to join up with them in their Birmingham office.

Your duties would include:
Providing diagnostic support for hardware/software.
Respond to incident queries and action/escalate accordingly.
Configuring and setting up devices/systems for new employees.
You will have:
Previous experience as an IT Technician or IT Engineer
Previous experience of providing IT support over a range of systems
Genuine interest in the role.
