The Directorship team is seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to lead their insurance division. If you’re passionate about driving growth and customer satisfaction, this role is for you!
Salary range for the Insurance Director is £55,000 - £85,000 + (OTE £100,000 - £125,000) + Hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 from home)
You will be working with the firm's existing client base handling referrals from other departmetns brokering Private Client, Professional Indemnity and Commercial Insurance.
We are looking for a driven Insurance Broker who is looking to take the next step in their career and build out the existing team and shape the long-term vision for the Insurance department. You will be working with a mixed portfolio of SME and Corporate clients as well as building and managing the existing relationships with Insurers, Underwriters and wholesale brokers.
Your Role: As our Insurance Director, you’ll oversee all aspects of our insurance operations:
- Develop and manage key client relationships
- Develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of insurance professionals.
- Ensure competitive product offerings and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote insurance products.
- Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
