Average gross earnings across the 30 Financial Advisers is £140,000 per annum

 

The firm is directly authorised whole of market and is offering a 70/30 split on written business with the knowledge that your compliance is taken care of. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a team that will work with you to increase your professional connections. They also offer an attractive payout at retirement of 3 times net revenue paid over a number years.

 

The team have 20 years experience of working with Employed and Self Employed Advisors moving them and their clients across to their proposition. The Managing Director has experience of putting together bespoke packages to help with the transition, this includes a draw on future revenue so while you are moving / building your client base up, you have a guaranteed income.

 

You will be working the Managing Director and Regional Manager to develop your marketing plan as well as having access to cutting-edge financial tools and technologies that will enhance your ability to deliver exceptional service.  The team are are committed to staying at the forefront of industry trends and advancements, and we will provide you with the necessary resources and training to ensure your continued professional development.

 

To be Considered:

  • Diploma Level 4 Qualified UK Financial Advisor
  • Experience of advising clients on Investments, Pension and Protection
  • Proven track record of success and achievements
  • Experience of managing client relationships
  • Able to manage and retain a client book
