You will be a vital part of this dynamic team, contributing to the success of our organisational strategy, your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient administrative support to our team of IFA's.
- Craft impeccable correspondence, including letters and emails.
- Act as a point of contact for IFA's, clients, life offices, and members of the business.
- Maintain and update administration systems, ensuring the accuracy of client data.
- Manage diary systems, ensuring workflow adheres to service level agreements (SLA's).
- Assist in managing our IFA's portfolio of existing business.
- Ensure that all essential documentation is correctly attached to the relevant client records.
- Prepare and format reports according to Company guidelines.
- Assist in obtaining research for protection and annuity products.
- Obtain illustrations for products from providers, either online or over the telephone.
To be considered:
- Previous experience in an office administration support role for advisers.
- Experience coaching and supporting team members.
- Effective organizational and planning skills.
- The ability to build and nurture relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
