Are you an experienced Administrator with a background in Financial Services or IFA firms? We have an incredible opportunity for you! Our client, a reputable firm based in High Wycombe, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an IFA Administrator.

 

Position: IFA Administrator

Location: High Wycombe

Employment Type: Part-Time, Permanent (open to both)

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

 

About the Role:

 

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing and tracking of administrative actions, accurately inputting commission/Adviser Charging expectations, preparing and processing new business submissions, and more. Your attention to detail and ability to work autonomously will be crucial in this dynamic environment.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

 

  • Previous experience in Financial Services and/or IFA firms
  • Working knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO) software essential

 

Main Tasks of the Job:

 

  • Process administrative actions efficiently
  • Input commission/Adviser Charging expectations accurately
  • Prepare and process new business submissions
  • Issue Letters of Authority and complete ID checks
  • Prepare and issue client annual review packs
  • Utilize various software including Microsoft Office, Intelligent Office, etc.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly
  • Keep up-to-date with industry changes
  • Collaborate with the support team
