Are you a dynamic and organised individual looking to contribute to a thriving financial services team? We are currently seeking a dedicated Client Account Manager to join a Chartered Financial planning firm.

 

Competitive starting salary, up to £26,000

 

As a Client Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing consistent and high-quality administrative support a team of Financial Advisers. You will have the opportunity to develop your Administration skills and knowledge of the Wealth Management profession with the opportunity to take CII exams.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing and diarising Letters of Authority
  • Creating illustrations as required
  • Liaising with schemes to obtain information.
  • Ensuring compliance documents are recorded and obtained.
  • Owning the end-to-end process of all admin functions
  • Monitoring pipeline and identifying potential issues
  • Maintaining CRM system and practice task management
  • Delivering the highest standard of client care and support to the Adviser Team

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability to build strong relationships by delivering on promises.
  • Positive attitude with a can-do approach to work
  • Intermediate/advanced computer skills (Microsoft packages)
  • Excellent communication skills, internally and externally
  • If you have experience of working in the financial service industry that would be beneficial.
