A whole of market IFA firm with global clients is looking to take on an Administrator to support the Paraplanning and Financial Advice team. You will have the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team of Financial Planners servicing HNW clients across the UK and internationally from their office in Richmond 

The salary for an IFA Administrator is up to £35,000 with flexible working arrangements, 2 days a week in the office. There is also a clear pathway to develop into a head of Administration role as well as regular reviews to map progression.

As they continue to expand their services and client base, the MD is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their team as an IFA Administrator.

This position is perfect for someone who is organised, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist International Financial Advisors in managing and servicing international clients' portfolios.
  • Prepare and process client account documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate client meetings, schedule appointments, and assist in managing advisors' calendars.
  • Communicate with clients, responding to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure regulatory and internal policy adherence.
  • Help create and maintain client reports, financial statements, and presentations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the team.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or support role within the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of Pension or Investment administration is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A positive, client-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
