We are working with a well-established and growing Financial Planning and Wealth Management firm, looking to add an Integrations Manager to the firm, overseeing the integration of acquired practices into the company.
This role is remote, salary up to £80,000, alongside a strong benefits package.
Key Duties:
- Head the Integrations Division ensuring the smooth transition of all Acquisition projects, and develop the division over time to meet increasing resource requirements.
- Coordinate with the acquisitions team to ensure due diligence on potential acquisitions is completed to a high standard, identifying areas of opportunity/risks pre completion.
- Produce detailed reports of potential acquisitions, making recommendations on the integration strategy.
- Develop tailored integration plans for individual acquisitions.
- Report of progress of integration projects to the wider business, and ensure they conform to pre-agreed timelines/expectations.
- Oversee all integration training programmes.
- Oversight of data analysis activities, ensuring accuracy of the information obtained.
- Ensure effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate should have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience within a similar role, within a Wealth Management/Financial Planning firm
- Strong knowledge of integrating mergers/acquisitions
- Good project management skills
