A leading IFA firm in the financial services industry is looking to hire an Administrator, the team are  committed to providing exceptional service and expertise to clients. The salary for an IFA Administrator is up to £30,000

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our clients dynamic team of Independent Financial Advisors (IFA). In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the IFA division by providing efficient and effective administrative assistance. Your responsibilities will include organising client information, preparing clear and concise documentation, staying updated on industry trends, and generating reports and presentations for various stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the IFA team to ensure seamless administrative support.
  • Maintain accurate and organised client records and documentation.
  • Stay informed about industry and market trends to provide valuable insights.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the IFA or financial services sector.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
