A leading National Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm committed to empowering its advisers with the tools and resources they need to succeed. With a strong track record in lead generation, are now seeking a Financial Adviser to join their dynamic team and help build a book of business. Their current Advisers are closing on average 60% of their leads each month with an average value per case of £3,500 from 8/10 pre-qualified leads provided from the BD team.
This role is home based, fully remote.
What We Offer:

Pre-Qualified Leads: You will receive 8-10 pre-qualified leads every month, giving you a steady stream of potential clients.

Client Focus: Your role will primarily involve providing expert advice on Pensions and Investments to clients with assets under management (AUM) ranging from £100,000 to £200,000.

Full Support: We understand the importance of focusing on client relationships. That's why you will receive comprehensive back-office support from the compliance, Paraplanning, and Admin team, allowing you to concentrate on nurturing and growing your client base.

Client Demographics: The leads you'll be working with are predominantly individuals approaching retirement who require guidance on Pension, Investment, Trust, and Inheritance matters.
Compensation and Benefits:

Employment Opportunity: This is a salaried position with earnings and bonuses based on trail and new business generated.

Earning Potential: On average, Advisers are closing between £12,000 and £15,000 per month in new business.

Yearly Growth: Your expected earnings will increase year on year as your trail is included in your multiples for bonus calculations.

Bonus Structure: Bonus is set at 30% on anything provided by the business and 35% if you source the business yourself.

Yearly Income Projection:
- Year 2: £45,000 to £50,000
- Year 3: £60,000
- Year 4: £80,000+

Monthly Bonus: Bonuses are earned after reaching 3 times your monthly salary and are paid monthly.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be Diploma Qualified
- Have experience in meeting and consulting with clients, either directly or under supervision
