The salary for a Financial Adviser is £70,000 - £100,000 + Bonus and hybrid working.
The bonus scheme is 3.5x validation, 30% on new business and 15% on existing.
You will inherit an existing client portfolio to develop and service, where customers have had a relationship with the firm for over 20 years.
You will play a pivotal role in our Newbury office. Your responsibilities will encompass client wealth planning, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with the Investment Managers to deliver the highest level of service to our clients.
The successful candidate will:
- Experience in managing private client relationships and providing financial advice.
- Demonstrate expertise across a range of financial products and asset classes.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with clients of varying financial knowledge.
- Be qualified and competent to provide advice with a valid Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) and have the ambition to move towards Chartered Status if not already held.
- Exhibit strong sales and presentation skills.
- Collaborate effectively within a defined client team, delegating work to colleagues and interacting with different offices to ensure efficient, compliant, and engaging service.
