Are you an experience Financial Adviser who is able to explain complex financial products and has the ability to build trust quickly looking for a supportive environment? The ideal opportunity has arisen with a regional IFA firm where e the Managing Director is looking for an experience Financial Adviser to work directly with him. You will be servicing clients from the existing business portfolio as well as being passed new business opportunities to close.


The Managing Director is looking for a commercially astute professional who he can trust to service his HNW clients. You will be supported by a team of Paraplanners and Administrators who will take care of the complex research and report writing allowing you to focus on developing relationships and building the firms client bank.


The salary range for the Financial Adviser is £70,000 - £90,000 + Bonus with flexible working arrangements


Their typical client has between £400,000 to £500,000 AUM but you will also be serving clients with well over £3Million AUM.

  • Your primary responsibilities will be to conduct financial reviews and identify suitable opportunities for new business.
  • Get to know each clients circumstances, requirements and ability to afford
  • Assess their attitude towards investment risk
  • Review existing arrangements
  • Take account of taxation and legislation
  • Design a tailored plan and implement the plan
  • You will be expected to work in accordance of the firm and full support will be provided by the paraplanning team.


To be considered for the opportunity:

  • Technical competence in advising on pensions, investments, and insurances in the pre and post retirement stages.
  • You must have the ability to show confidence, passion, build client rapport authority, personality, handle objections, and also have empathy to put clients at ease.
  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma Status. Ideally well on the way to being Chartered status
  • You would be working in a very well-respected Wealth Management environment
