You will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional holistic financial planning service to client portfolio of circa 80 clients across the South. You will be provided with  1-2-1 support from a Technical Paraplanner and an experienced Administrator.

the salary range for a Chartered Financial Adviser is up to £120,000, expected earnings uncapped; £200,000+ once the book has been fully taken over (Hybrid working flexibility 1 day a week in the office minimum)

The book of business that we are looking for a Chartered Financial Adviser to manage is generating circa £600,000 in fees.

Working for an independent firm, you will be providing objective advice aligned with your clients' best interests. The firms commitment to ethical practice, professionalism, and excellence has earned the team the Corporate Chartered status by the Chartered Insurance Institute.

 

General Responsibilities:

  • Achieve agreed financial targets for fee revenue, referrals, and new business generation.
  • Conduct annual suitability reviews and provide timely advice on a full range of client circumstances.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring compliance with company standards and FCA regulations.
  • Gather and analyse client information for suitable recommendations, encouraging the selection of the most appropriate Client Service Proposition.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and introducers.
  • Co-manage the support team alongside the Division Director
  • Cooperate fully with the firm's Compliance Officer and develop relationships with other professionals

 

To be Considered:

  • CII Chartered financial planner with 5+ years’ experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of investment, life, and pensions products.
  • Comprehensive understanding of taxation, trusts, and estate planning.
  • Experience using Voyant cashflow modeling software.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and maintain long-term client relationships.
