Job Title: Back Office Manager
Location: London or Hampshire (with UK-wide travel)
Our client, is a newer national Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) firm, dedicated to providing exceptional financial planning services to clients across the UK. With a dynamic team of advisers, paraplanners, and administrators, they are focused on building a strong reputation for excellence in the financial industry. As they continue to grow, my client is looking for a Back Office Manager to lead the expanding support team.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Back Office Manager to oversee and manage the support team, which currently includes 15 Paraplanners and Client Service Officers (CSOs), with a goal of that number growing to 40 within a few years.
The Back Office Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations, supporting the advisers, so they can deliver top-notch service to our valued clients. Need a minimum of 5 years experience within the Wealth Management industry, in the support / back office side with a strong preference for experience managing a team.
Desired (not essential) Technical experience to help my client build out their platforms and back office systems.
Based in either their Hampshire or London (Monument) office, with the need for occasional travel to their offices located across the UK (furthest is in Cornwall), all travel expenses will be covered.
