Technical IFA Administrator

IFA Administrator - Birmingham, West Midlands

£25,000 - £33,000

We are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to predominantly support a Principal Financial Adviser from their Birmingham office. You will be working within an established team of 5 administrators dealing with everything from meeting to packs, to chasing providers, processing new business, and liaising with clients.

  • Salary Range: £25,000 - £33,000
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • 3% employer contribution to a pension
  • 4 x Death in Service
  • Part-Time hours will be considered for this opportunity 

The team utilises Team and Intelligent Office (IO) and has created a goals-based environment where you are expected to use your own initiative with the support of line managers to deliver an outstanding service.

Candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly.

 

Responsibilities:

Assisting in compiling information for reports and client valuations

Conduct research surrounding pension and investment products to present to clients

Liaising with product providers to collate pension and investment information for review.

Dealing with new business applications as well as dealing with internal and external client queries.

Maintaining internal database, ensuring all client files are fully compliant

Update clients using Intelligent Office (IO)

Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

 

To be considered:

Experience as an Administrator for an IFA firm is essential

Experience using Intelligent office (IO) is essential

Experienced managing a varied workload

Experienced speaking with clients and providers
