You will be working within a customer-focused environment supporting the Financial Planners with the administration of the Employee Benefits policies.
You will be working as part of a team to enable the Planners to maintain a portfolio of employee benefits clients through liaising with policy providers for policy details, obtaining policy illustrations, processing new business applications and tracking to completion, processing both group risk renewals and arranging group pension annual review meetings.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of client reports and annual review correspondence
Carry out annual review processes for employee benefit products
Send prepared investment information/reports to clients
Respond to client administrative inquiries, face to face, through telecommunications or letter
Follow processes to support clients and broker consultants
Maintain the integrity of ‘Model Office’ processes and databases
Participate in Supervision
Liaise with providers with necessary and communicate outcomes
