You will be joining an award-winning team of Independent Financial Advisers as a Platform Service manager within their Leeds office. The firm provides a personal, independent, and bespoke wealth management service to high net worth clients.

As Platform Services Manager you will be supporting the ‘Head of Platform Services’ to improve the platform support provided to both Client Services, Advisers, and the end client. Ensuring the teams are productive and high-performing.

 

Youwill be responsible for leading the platform support function conducted in Leeds, that provide full  administrative & helpdesk support

The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient team culture to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with  different business areas, as well as building meaningful relationships with external suppliers

 

Skills

Ability to assist in managing key operational business processes and develop performance  measures, operational KPI's, MI and reporting to key stakeholders

Proven experience within Financial Services

Proven experience in a management / senior management position
