The main objective of the role is to ensure that Letters of Authority and Information requests are sent to third party product providers and tracked until they have been received and registered by them.  You will work alongside a Paraplanner Support Associate on specific cases  throughout  the  advice process, assisting in conducting research where appropriate.




Send Letters of Authority and Information Requests to providers by email/post and online submissions.

Request information and updates from third party providers.

Competently and professionally interact with third party providers over the phone and via email.

Maintain the CRM system (CURO) to ensure that all advice requests are updated accurately.

Support the Paraplanners and Paraplanner Support Team with additional tasks as required, such as obtaining/verifying technical policy information.

To be considered


Significant experience in an administration or customer service role in the Financial Services industry

Strong IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional telephone manner
