One of the largest IFA groups in the South East is expanding its Paraplanning team and is looking to hire a Team Leader. You will be tasked with leading and motivating a team of experienced Paraplanners.

You will be responsible for:
Identify any areas of development
Conduct regular team meetings, covering a range of topics.
Conduct monthly 1-2-1s with team members to discuss performance and development.
Manage the workflow of cases and monitor paraplanners' workloads.
Review processes and establish best practices.
Assess client’s objectives and carry out research to identify suitable solutions to meet client’s needs in line with an adviser’s recommendations and requests.
Discuss cases with advisers and pro-actively update the adviser throughout

Agile and adaptable to a changing environment.
A Team player enabling effective achievement of tasks.
Financial Services experience is essential.
Preferably Level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards
Previous supervisory/team leader experience.
