Paraplanner opportunity Swansea
A leading IFA firm covering the South of Wales are looking to hire a Paraplanner to join the Paraplanning team in supporting 11 Financial Advisers. Responsibilities:
To work under own initiative and prioritise work effectively
Maintain good time management and effective organisation ensuring that tasks are prioritised
Comply with all company procedures and the Individual Conduct Rules as listed above
To treat all client and firm’s information with the utmost confidentiality
Produce reports in line with client’s specific needs in a concise and balanced manner explaining clearly charges and disadvantages together with the main reasons for the advice
Upload all research documentation to back-office system
Submit cases for pre-sale checking where appropriate
Check New Business packs for accuracy prior to Presentation meetings
To be considered:
Be able to analyse client information conscientiously and accurately
You must have Paraplanning experience to be considered
Experience preparing letters and reports
