A boutique IFA practice in Bristol City Centre are hiring for an IFA Administrator. You will be working directly with the Senior Management team servicing their prestigious clients.
As an Administrator within the business, you will be handling the new business processing for over 200 company clients.
You will be providing a professional, compliant, effective telephone and administration-based service to internal and external clients.
Maintain the systems ensuring that all tasks are completed in line with company policy and
Handle all valuation tasks and queries in a timely, compliant manner, meeting agreed
Contact and liaise with relevant product providers/third parties to obtain accurate policy information for valuation production.
To be considered:
Experience working within a IFA firm or Pension provider is essential
