We are looking for an outstanding individual to join a leading IFA in Leatherhead as a Trainee Financial Planner.
You will play an integral role in the growth and development of the company assisting the existing Financial Advisers while developing your skillset. You will be joining a growing organisation with a vibrant culture and strong vision for the future.
The Role
You will be engaged from the outset in proactively managing client relationships.
Assist the Financial Planner with all preparatory client analysis and recommendations Pro-actively review the client’s financial arrangements with regard to pension, investment and general insurance policies/plans
Assist with the preparation of all suitability letters and implementation reports
Draft all in-house reports and recommendations for the Financial Planner to check
Lead the annual review of client tax allowance planning
Act as a primary point of client contact
Attending client meetings when required
To be considered:
Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Pro-active, highly organised and efficient to enable you to prioritise effectively
Essential:
2 years + experience at an Advisory or Wealth Management Firm
Minimum of 2 industry-recognised exams
A high standard of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
