The UK’s largest Independent Financial Advisory firm is looking to hire an experienced IFA Administrator to support the Paraplanning and Planning team. The key function of the role is to deliver an efficient and effective support service to the Adviser, while providing an excellent service to our clients.

You will be providing full end to end administrative support to our Financial Advisers. This includes processing business from both new and existing clients and supporting your advisers with any queries.

The firm will invest heavily in your professional development and keep you at the leading edge of technology. They are also offering hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 from home. 

You will produce and collate all of the relevant pre-meeting paperwork for the client, on behalf of the Adviser, including portfolio valuations, application forms and regulatory documents

Ensure that all fees in relation to business processing are produced and chased as required

To follow through all business processing to completion, closely monitoring the progression of each case and ensuring that the Adviser and the Client, when required, are kept updated throughout the process

To deal with queries and enquiries from Advisers, Clients and Product Providers, taking the appropriate action.

 

To be considered :

Experience within an administration role at an IFA firm is essential

Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to instil confidence

Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills

Excellent attention to detail
