Highly successful IFA firm seeking experienced Administrator for their Cardiff office, to support a wide range of financial planning services to individual clients, companies and trustees across South Wales and South West of England.
Based in a modern open plan office working within a friendly team, this role will suit a computer literate administrator who has an excellent level of communication both written and over the telephone.
You will dealing with clients and providers on behalf of the company so a friendly, professional and quietly confident manner required.
Attention to detail is crucial as you will be working on tasks spanning from preparing meeting packs to maintaining back office records, and chasing providers in relations in investments and pensions.
You will also have excellent organisational skills as you will be managing adviser diaries and scheduling client review meetings.
Full study support for professional qualifications such as CF1 or RO exams is also available so the role is ideal for a candidate looking to progress in their financial services career.
