IFA Administrator is required to assist Advisers within their Truro office. You will work be working as a team and provide timely and efficient administration to support the IFA’s. You will be joining an IFA firm with over £6 billion of client assets under management, that believes in delivering value to their clients.

Responsibilities:
To provide efficient administrative support to a number of IFA’s
Preparation of correspondence including letters and emails
Maintenance of all administration systems, ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date
Maintenance of diary management system, ensuring the daily workflow is completed accurately
Assist with the management of the IFA’s portfolio of existing business
Prepare new business and review packs for IFA client meetings
Obtain research when requested for protection and annuity products
Provide mortgage research for IFA’s using online systems
Obtain illustrations for products from providers either online or over the telephone
Provide coaching and support for other team members
Requirements:
Experience in supporting advisers in an office administration support role
Previous experience of coaching and supporting team members
Effective organisational and planning skills
Experienced using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
