The salary range for an IFA Administrator is £22,000 - £26,000 and the package includes hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

Responsibilities:
Provide pre and post-sales assistance to our Financial Advisers, ensuring smooth operations and effective client interactions.
Support your fellow Administrators by covering their duties during their absence, fostering a cooperative work environment.
Telephone, and electronic inquiries from IFAs, colleagues, clients, and providers promptly and professionally.
Provide clients with timely and accurate information, while obtaining necessary new business and policy details from clients.
Prepare new business applications following established procedures and compliance guidelines, obtaining necessary forms and illustrations from Platforms & Providers.
