As a valued member of our back-office team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Planners and Paraplanners while ensuring exceptional client service and regulatory compliance.
Salary Range for an IFA Administrator is £27,000 - £32,000
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process and follow up on all new business transactions.
Provide regular updates to the team and clients on ongoing cases.
Prepare client annual review reports and related paperwork using information from Platform providers.
Facilitate fund switches and manage client income requirements.
Maintain and update the back-office system (Intelligent Office).
Assist Paraplanners in gathering information necessary for the advice process, including policy information and pension projections.
Key Skills and Personal Attributes:
Knowledge of various Platform providers, such as Abrdn/Standard Life, AJ Bell, and Elevate.
Experience in producing annual client reviews and writing less technical suitability reports.
Eagerness to keep up-to-date with industry developments.
Ability to identify and suggest process improvements.
Aspiration to work towards relevant CII qualifications for the role.
