A leading regional Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) practice with multiple offices across the South East of England are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator. The team of experienced advisers are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, providing independent and impartial financial advice to a wide range of clients, including individuals, couples, and businesses.
The team are looking for an IFA Administrator to join the Wymondham, Norfolk office. As an IFA Administrator, you will provide essential support to the advisers, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
In return, we offer a competitive salary £22,000 - £30,000 D.O.E, hybrid working 3 days in the office 2 from home once you pass probation, excellent training and development opportunities, and the chance to work with a dynamic and friendly team
Responsibilities:
Processing new business and preparing client documentation
Maintaining client records and ensuring compliance with regulations
Liaising with clients, providers and colleagues
Assisting with general office administration
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role within financial services
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
