A successful IFA based in central Lincoln are seeking an experienced Administrator to support Financial Advisers' who provide a personal, independent and bespoke wealth management service to high net worth clients. 

Administrative tasks range from preparing meeting packs to processing applications, as well as managing Adviser diaries, and appointment making.  The role will suit somebody with previous secretarial or administrative experience, financial services experience is desirable but not essential.

Duties to include:

Diary management to include booking and preparing for meetings

Liaising with clients

Client servicing

Management of back office systems

Dealing with incoming / outgoing post

Flexibility to meet other duties as required

To be considered:

Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite is essential.

Professional communication manner, both written and verbally.

Any Financial Services qualifications are desirable.
