A leading IFA firm is looking to hire an experienced Wealth Management profession to support them in meetings. You will be providing IFA Administration support as well as taking notes and scoping Advice in Meetings.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious person to work with a Partner developing high quality advice and bespoke financial plans. This role will put you on the path to managing your own client bank and becoming signed off to Advise.
Responsibilities:
As a Partner Support, you will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to assist a Partner deliver exemplary client service.
This will include helping the Partner scope the advice to be given
Attendance of some client meetings and submission of the advice case to the Paraplanning team.
You will assist in preparing and processing client files, respond to client enquiries, manage the financial planner's schedule, and update client records. T
his is a full-time hybrid role, meaning that you will be working mainly at our Milton Keynes location, with some work from home acceptable.
To be considered:
Prior administrative experience in the financial planning industry
Diploma qualified (or nearly there)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally, Intellflo Office
