Exciting opportunity for a Financial Adviser to join rapidly expanding Surrey based IFA who currently advise on over £400m of client money, specialising in strategies to create, maintain and distribute wealth.
Providing pivotal support to the Director of Wealth Management with their substantial HNW client bank, whilst also building own book of business from a steady source of leads from the extensive legacy client bank, and professional referrals. The current senior advisor is currently struggling to manage the amount of leads coming in from referrals.
Join their rapidly expanding team of 31 Advisors and 22 Paraplanners, with full back office support.
Negotiable salary and bonus structure dependent on experience. Our client is happy to consider both employed and self-employed contract for this position.

Requirements
- Ability to construct pension and investment advice
- Excellent at relationship building and attention to detail is essential to succeed
- Experience within a Financial Adviser role
- Level 4 Diploma qualified
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
