An award-winning firm of Chartered Independent Financial Advisers who provide personal and tailored wealth management is looking to expand their team of Financial Advisers in their Bath office.
You will be provided with leads from their internal marketing team at present they are delivering 800 leads a month to 40 Advisers. You will be dealing with clients that have between £500,000 and £20Million AUM.
The partners in the firm deal with clients that have circa £30Million AUM and you will gain exposure to this by joining them at meetings.
They provide a collaborative environment with career opportunities to work towards Senior Advisory Positions (Mentor junior Advisors), Manager, Partner depending on your ambitions.
The Senior Advisers in the team are earning over £100,000 a year (they are on employed contracts) and also have stock options in the business as their long-term goal is to float on the FTSE.
You will be well supported by a team of experienced Paraplanners and Administrators in an inclusive environment that promotes teamwork at the core of its culture. What you need –
- Detailed knowledge of the FCA and financial services industry
- Chartered Financial Planner (or working towards)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a values-led company
- A full driving license is preferred
