I am working with a successful Financial Planning and Wealth Management firm, looking to add a Corporate Benefits Consultant to the team.
This role will be mostly home-based, combined with being out on the road.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering consulting services with regards to pensions, benefits, wellbeing, communications and online services.
Main Duties:
- Manage existing clients and grow your client base through new leads
- Work with Advisory teams to scout opportunities from portfolios
- Ensure business is fully compliant at all times
The successful candidate should:
- Have at least 3 years' experience within a Corporate Benefits Consultant position
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Benefits, including Pensions, Medical and Group Risk
- Knowledge of online benefits and technology
