A leading pension provider in Manchester is looking to hire a Complaints Handler. The Complaints Coordinator plays a vital role within the organisation, providing a key point of contact for complainants and stakeholders.  


The post holder will act with integrity, tact, giving due consideration to the issues at hand, acting openly and fairly at all times providing clear support, guidance and direction as needed.




The Complaints Coordinator will ensure that all complaints are investigated diligently, impartially and with due care and consideration to the underlying causation. 

Assisting the Compliance Manager in the management of all complaints

The Complaints Coordinator will be required to provide advice, guidance and support to the wider business together with preparation of relevant management information for departmental and Board reporting purposes.

Day-to-day administration of any new complaints received centrally (via post, email, head office, telephone calls or from external bodies e.g. solicitors, regulatory bodies etc.) and undertaking an initial assessment as appropriate.



Qualifications & Experience:  


Experience in a similar (compliance/audit/risk) role gained within the Financial Services Industry, preferably in the Financial Adviser / Pensions Transfers sector.

Relevant professional qualifications, preferably including an appropriate qualification relating to Pension Transfers (e.g. CII Certificate in Pension Transfer Advice, Diploma in Financial Planning + AF7 Pension Transfers, G60 paper of the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate), would be highly beneficial
