You will be joining an award-winning team of Independent Financial Advisers as a Client Service Manager within the London office. The firm provides a personal, independent, and bespoke wealth management service to high net worth clients.

As Client  Services Manager you will be supporting the Operations  Manager to improve the client experience and ensure the team is productive and high performing.

You will have a team of recognised Client Service Associates, including Seniors and Specialists, each supporting advisers and clients. You will focus on driving new initiatives and operational change to improve the controls and reduce risks for key activities conducted within the team.

The ideal candidate will lead the team in respect of the client services function, conducted in Leeds and London, and manage workflow effectively. Help improve the client experience whilst operating more efficiently within the wider Operations and Advice Delivery teams.



Ability to assist in managing key operational business processes and develop performance  measures, operational KPI's, MI and reporting to key stakeholders

Proven experience within Financial Services

Proven experience in a management / senior management position
