A leading Pension provider are now looking for an experienced manager to work from our office in Bristol. Your team will be responsible for the end-to-end client journey of pensions and will be liaising directly with clients, advisors, and business partners.

You will be working on your own initiative to ensure your team are meeting the required standards as well as driving continuous improvement on a day-to-day basis.

Your goal is to develop a team that actively enjoys working together and ensuring that our customers are looked after. As the Team Manager, you will be coaching individual staff members, conducting regular one-to-ones and team meetings.

The opportunity:

Oversight of productivity, quality monitoring and team performance.

Administration of pension schemes, dealing directly with clients, advisors and business partners.

Proactively identifying emerging risks within the department taking reasonable steps to mitigate and prevent issues and errors.

Escalation subject matter expert for the team, helping and resolving complex queries.

 

Experience required:

Experience with SSAS pensions (desirable)

Pensions or wealth management knowledge and expertise.

People management and leadership.

Change delivery and/or management
