We are looking to recruit a Client Service Associate for an award-winning team of Independent Financial Advisers in Leeds who provide a personal, independent and bespoke wealth management service to high net worth clients.
This role is suited to someone who has gained operational experience within a Financial Planning or investments management organisation.
You will be provided with the opportunity to develop your career within the firm through access to paid-for exams and yearly assessment centers to see if you are suitable for developing your route to Paraplanning or Advising.
Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative support to one or more advisers
To be the first point of contact for clients
Provide excellent telephone-based service to clients both external and internal together with third-party providers.
Arrange client meetings and prepare client meeting packs to support allocated adviser(s).
Ensure that financial transactions are completed correctly and files are fully FCA compliant.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and accountants as necessary in order to obtain relevant information and resolve queries.
Handle the distribution of letters of authority and correspondence to clients, professional introducers, and other third parties where appropriate
To be considered
Minimum of Certificate in Financial Administration (CF1) or equivalent.
