Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction is always the top priority.
- Efficiently onboard new clients and manage relationships with existing clients.
- Build strong connections with advisers, paraplanners, and team members, ensuring smooth and professional communication across various channels.
- Participate in team projects, contributing to a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the firm’s core values, products, and services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a financial planning environment, with a good understanding of products such as ISAs, pensions, and bonds.
- Part-qualified in CII or RO, with experience using CRM systems.
- A passion for delivering top-notch customer service, coupled with a proactive approach to personal and professional development.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
