The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in a financial planning environment
- Knowledge of investment products such as ISAs, Pensions, and Bonds
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Ability to challenge existing processes constructively
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Self-driven attitude towards personal development
- CII or RO part-qualified preferred
