We are currently working with one of the UK’s top national firms that is looking to hire a Central Operations Associate. This role is suited for someone who has gained CF1 or equivalent is looking to start working in a Financial Planning organisation.
Responsibilities:
professional, compliant, effective telephone and administration-based service to internal and external clients.
Maintain Curo system ensuring that all tasks are completed in line with company policy and
procedures.
Handle all valuation tasks and queries in a timely, compliant manner, meeting agreed
performance standards.
Contact and liaise with relevant product providers/third parties to obtain accurate policy
information for valuation production.
Support the Leeds and London offices with review meeting outputs as agreed through the service
menu for clients.

CF1 or equivalent
Experience working in a Financial Services environment
