I am working with a successful Financial Planning and Wealth Management firm, looking to add a Business Systems and Process Trainer to the firm, overseeing the learning and development of new and existing colleagues within the firm.
This role is fully home-based, paying a competitive base salary, alongside a strong benefits package.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full learning and development journey within the firm.
Key Duties:
- Design and develop Learning and Development programmes
- Develop a successful induction programme
- Work closely with the managers in the firm, ensuring any development needs are addressed
The successful candidate should:
- Have at least 2 years' experience in Learning and Development, ideally within the Financial Planning industry
- Experience running both 1 on 1 training sessions and group sessions
- Ideally a Financial Services qualification
