We are looking for an Appointment Coordinator with a salary up to £26,000

 

You will be supporting our team of 7 Financial Advisers with their meetings across the UK.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Client Interaction: Call clients to schedule annual review meetings, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Meeting Coordination: Efficiently navigate and plot meetings across England to optimize our Financial Planners’ travel schedules.

Diary Management: Update and manage each Financial Planner’s diary, ensuring all appointments are accurately recorded.

Client Communication: Send confirmation letters to clients, maintaining a high standard of correspondence.

Compliance: Prepare and maintain compliant files, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.

Reception Assistance: Greet clients warmly and process post efficiently, ensuring the reception area operates smoothly.

Customer Fairness: Adhere to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all aspects of your role.
